I’m proud to say I’m the first Support Coordinator handpicked to come on board with Dream Big Disabilities.

When Kim offered me an opportunity to work with an organisation that’s ethics, vision and values resonated with me I was ready to transition from my role as a LAC into a more specialised space.

​

Having worked in the sector at a grass roots level, executive management and everything in between it was important for me to secure a role where I can spread my wings, push the barriers and be challenged to find solutions to the complex and everchanging parameters of the NDIS for the betterment of the people I provide Support Coordination for.

 

When you choose me as your Support Coordinator, know that I work closely with you and the people important to you to secure providers and services that become part of your team from gardeners to Allied Health providers, nurses to independent Support Workers,

You will never find me making referrals to random services that I have not worked with previously, leaving you having to explain your story over and over. I attribute my success to having developed trusted and tried networks established over 25 years in the Sutherland, St George and more recently in the Wollongong area. And when a different type of service is required, you and  I will work together until we find the “right fit” for your team and that we both feel confident in.

 

My qualifications include Bachelor of Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Adult and Community Education, Mental Health First Aid, Cert Iv in Leadership and Management, Cert Iv in Frontline Management, Cert Iv in Workplace Health and Safety and an assortment of short certified courses to keep my knowledge up to date.
